Froniter House offers a number of opportunities and resources to participants.

Clubhouse Shuttle

A complimentary shuttle is offered on Wednesdays and Fridays. This is a limited service for members living in Greeley and Eaton.

You must sign up at least 24 hours in advance.
The time frame to be picked up from your home is between 8am and 9am.
The time frame to be taken home from the Clubhouse is between 3pm and 4pm.
Please indicate if you only need a ride one way or round trip.

Clubhouse Standards

The International Standards for Clubhouse Programs, consensually agreed upon by the worldwide Clubhouse community, define the Clubhouse Model of rehabilitation, and the basis for which Frontier House operates. The principles expressed in these Standards are at the heart of the Clubhouse community’s success in helping people with mental illness to achieve social, financial, educational, and vocational goals. The Standards also serve as a “bill of rights” for members and a code of ethics of staff, board and administrators. The Standard insists that a Clubhouse is a place that offers respect and opportunity to its members.

Emergency Food Box Program

The Frontier House Emergency Food Box program was established to assist members in need of food during a crisis or unforeseen circumstances. If you are in need of a food box, please contact a colleague in the Kitchen Unit.

Employment, Education, Emergency, and Housing Fund

The purpose of these funds is to assist our members who are experiencing adverse financial circumstances in overcoming barriers specific to employment, education, transportation, housing, and medical needs. Those who use this fund are invited to ‘pay it forward’, which means contributing back to others in need through the same fund that assisted you. There are specific criteria and limitations to using the funds. Please contact a Clubhouse colleague for more information.
